Our Mission:
Better Opportunities Builder’s mission is to provide and assist local government entities to provide and expand both housing and economic opportunities for low to moderate income persons.
In establishing affordable housing, BOB identifies existing properties in need of rehabilitation, or vacant land, to develop; secures funding and contracts with design build team, including the architects, engineers and general contractor.
